How do I place an order?

To place an order:

  1. Please select the desired product from our collection list and add it to your cart.
  2. On the cart page, choose your delivery date and time.
  3. Proceed to the checkout page and select either "Delivery" or "In-store Pickup".
  4. Provide your delivery address and payment information.
  5. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Are your sushi ingredients Halal?

We use Halal-certified ingredients, and none of our recipes contain sake or mirin.

Do you cater for customised order?

Absolutely! We currently accept custom orders for kids' parties, baby full moon / 100-day sushi gift boxes, as well as team/crew meals. Please click on the "Chat Now" button at the bottom right to initiate a conversation with us!

What are the delivery options available?

We provide local delivery within a 50km radius from our store, or self-pickup for locations beyond 50km. The available options will be presented to you during the checkout process on our website.

What are the charges for local delivery?

The estimated delivery charges based on distance are as below:

For the first 0 - 5KM  RM8.00
Subsequence 5 - 15KM + RM1.00/KM
15KM and above (Up to 50KM) + RM1.50/KM
Above 50KM No delivery provided, only in-store pickup

How can the product be kept fresh?

Kindly store it in a refrigerator at a temperature between 2°C to 7°C upon receiving until ready to consume and consume it within 24 hours of purchase.

Are ice pack and cooler bag provided during delivery?

Sushi and sashimi can retain their optimal freshness and quality for a duration of up to 2 hours when stored at room temperature, shielded from direct sunlight. As such, when undertaking brief transportation within the Klang Valley area via an air-conditioned vehicle, there is no requirement for the inclusion of an ice pack or cooler bag. Nevertheless, if you opt for self pickup and travel to an outstation destination with our products, we highly recommend preparing an ice pack and cooler bag to ensure the preservation of their quality during transit.

Do you include a physical receipt with my order?

No, we do not include physical receipts with the delivery. Upon order confirmation, the buyer will receive payment confirmation and an order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Can I cancel / amend my order after payment has been made?

Cancellations are not possible ; However, we do allow amendments such as changing items or adjusting the delivery date. Please note that such amendments require a minimum of 2 days' notice before the scheduled delivery or pick-up date, hence please be aware that amendments are not possible for "same day delivery" orders.
