This Sashimi Cake is prepared in a size of 7" + Salmon Toro Rose - Toro refers to the belly part of Salmon, it has a higher levels of Omega-3, buttery texture and richer flavor compared to regular cuts.
Sushi rice is layered underneath carefully sliced fresh sashimi, resembling a cake. It is paired with Shiso Leaf, which offers a slightly minty, citrusy, and herbaceous taste, and Ikura, known for its natural saltiness and umami that bursts in the mouth, providing a unique sensation.
